Discovery Tools

Scout, the Libraries' online discovery system is very helpful for identifying and locating books, journal articles, technical reports, and more in the libraries' collections. 

Our old catalog interface offers an alternative approach to finding some of our materials.  

The Libraries' databases provide a more in-depth approach for finding journal articles, technical reports, and various other documents,  Databases are often linked to full-text.

Library Hours

Rodgers Library Hours.

Open 24/5 during the academic year.

Open 24/7 during Study Week and Final Exams Week.

Hours vary during holidays, breaks, and summer.

Featured Electrical Engineer

 

Nikola Tesla (1856-1943) discovered the rotating magnetic field, the basis of most alternating-current machinery.  Tesla studied electrical engineering at the Austrian Polytechnic in Graz.  He came to the United States in 1884.  Tesla authored around 300 patents.
