Social Work: Psychopharmacology

This subject is guide is intended to assist students, faculty, staff and alumni of the School of Social Work in locating specific resources in the field of social work.

Psychopharmacology

The American Psychiatric Publishing Textbook of Psychopharmacology includes information on the scientific and biological principles of psychopharmacology, classes of treatments: animal and human, anti-psychchotics, drugs for the treatment of bipolar disease, other agents used for treatment, and ethical issues.

Clinical Pharmacology

The Manual of Clinical Psycopharmacology includes a  beginning section on the general prinicples of psychopharmacological treatment,diagnosing and classification, descriptions of different classes of drugs, and recommended readings.
