Library Resources in the time of COVID-19: Reservation System

This guide will be updated on a regular basis.

University Libraries Reservation System

University Libraries implemented a reservation system that allows students and faculty to book time and spaces in our libraries in September of 2020. It is designed to balance University mandated social distancing and occupancy guidelines for classrooms and facilities, with providing equitable access to our libraries and physical resources. University Libraries recently increased the amount of time students can book, and the days in advance that a reservation can be made, and so far have not had to turn students away based on occupancy numbers. Students can still drop in to print a paper or use the restroom, but will need to make a reservation to stay beyond that. Reservations can be made on the spot, and our staff will help students find their reserved space.
