General Information
LibPAS is a data management software specifically for libraries created by Counting Opinions. The Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) Academic Facilities Libraries annual survey is recorded using Counting Opinions. Monthly and annual data input is captured in this software for many areas across UL.
Data Input
Once you have a login and an account, the LibPAS page will have specialized data input pages specific to your reporting needs. This image shows a drop down of some of the different areas, but your view won't be this comprehensive. You can also use LibPAS to make reports and to export data into a CSV file. If you need to set up an account please contact the Assessment Librarian.
Data Codebook
There are numerous data sets that are organized by type and library. Data specific to circulation and usage, information transactions, shelving counts, Annex statistics, ILL, E-resource usage, cataloging and metadata, acquisitions, Williams collection processing, and government documents data is all recording in LibPAS.
