BUSINESS INFORMATION CLUB (BIC)
Purpose: To provide an opportunity for students to get familiar with some of the many high-quality, online subscription resources (i.e. databases) that UA Libraries has to offer.
1). Some students are exposed to these by way of select classes where instructors direct their students to use specific databases.
2). Many students will never get familiar with other databases that, if used, could be beneficial for their college coursework as well as play a role in enhancing their resumes with familiarity of resources that are used in many workplace settings.
BIC consists of three (3) presentations---your choice---that are FREELY available to students on an RSVP, first-come, first-served basis. Classroom space is limited to twenty (20) students.
