How do I request a streaming video be added to the collection?

Please contact your library liaison to inquire about access to particular films via streaming. Note that not all films are available for purchase in a streaming format, especially rare or foreign films and others may come as a bundled package rather than available for individual purpose. Please see the Public Screening of Films tab for more information about when and where you can stream films on campus without violating copyright law.

Tips for requesting Swank titles:

• Faculty can request access to Swank films from within the Swank database. Please create an account to submit your request.
• Titles are only available for one (1) calendar year and must be renewed by the faculty member at the end of the term. In order to renew a title, please submit a renewal request from within the Swank database.
• When submitting requests for a new title or to renew a title, please provide information about its academic use for consideration.
• Remember to allow sufficient time for processing, as films are not immediately available after being requested. Turnaround time can vary.
