Be sure to use SCOUT ---and the E-Journals link at the top of the page---to search for countless publications pertaining to "labor". Simply searching on the word "labor" without quotes will bring up a number of publications. You may want to try other relevant terms as well, such as: unions, collective bargaining, contractual labor, strikes, trades, etc.
