The Tesoro della Lingua Italiana delle Origini (TLIO) is a historical dictionary of Old Italian (up to 1400 AD ca) with almost 23,000 entries. Drawing from a corpus of Old Italian texts, it contains linguistic varieties of words now considered dialects (Tuscan, Florentine, Lombard, etc.).
