Sara joined the faculty at UA Libraries in January 2012. She is liaison to the English Department and serves as the point person for First Year Writing, Composition and Rhetoric, and the Writing Center. In addition to her liaison role, Sara supports the UA Libraries instruction team through engaging them in professional development, assessment, and strategic planning. She is interested in finding ways to support librarians who work in the classroom and who partner with faculty and graduate student teachers to enhance information literacy within their discipline’s curriculum. Her current research focuses on pedagogy and instructional design that engages students with information.
