Add Images from Your Computer

1. Create a new content box, if necessary.

2. Select the Add / Edit Text link in the box to open the Rich Text Editor.

3. Select the Insert/Edit Image option (Tree icon in rich text editor.)  in the 2nd row.

4. In the Insert/Edit Image box, select the red "Click to upload an image from your computer or reuse an image in your personal image library" link.

  • Uploading an Image: select Choose File and find the image on your computer.
  • Add an Image: select the image from your personal image library (bottom of box).

5. The URL is automatically added on the Insert Image screen. You can now add any of the optional information:

  • Image Description: Alt text used for screen readers
  • Alignment: Position with respect to surrounding elements
  • Dimensions: Height x Width in pixels
  • Border: Border in pixels
  • Vertical Space: Top and bottom padding
  • Horizontal Space: Right and left padding

Add Images from a URL

1. Create a new content box, if necessary.

2. Select the Add / Edit Text link in the box to open the Rich Text Editor.

3. Select the Insert/Edit Image option (Tree icon in rich text editor.) in the 2nd row.

4. In the Insert/Edit Image box, add the image URL from your server or photo sharing site to the Image URL box.

5. Add any of the other optional information:

  • Image Description: Alt text used for screen readers
  • Alignment: Position with respect to surrounding elements
  • Dimensions: Height x Width in pixels
  • Border: Border in pixels
  • Vertical Space: Top and bottom padding
  • Horizontal Space: Right and left padding

6. Select Insert to add the image to your content box.

7. Select Save Changes to save the box content.
