Responsibilities of LibGuide Creators

The Best Practices & Guidelines instruct authors to "review guides at least once per semester to:

  • Refresh a guide with new material.
  • Remove older, out‐of‐date, or inaccurate content.
  • Check the links located within LibGuides (both internal and external) and fix or remove links that no longer work.
  • Make changes as needed so that the guide complies with current guidelines."

UA LibGuides Review Form

The LibGuides admins use the UA LibGuides Review form when checking guides for compliance with the LibGuides Best Practices & Guidelines. While you're not required to do so, you may wish to use the form as a checklist when reviewing your guides each semester.
